Mr. Kandel was one of the founding member of GSTLNC (Greater St. Louis Nepali Chautari) and also was the President of the organization in 2011-2013. Mr. Kandel was involved both as a core committee member and as an IT coordinator in the 10th Joint convention organized by ANMA/NASeA in conjunction with RFMN and Nepali Ghar, Colorado.
